Refund policy: to reserve an Action Package  25% of rental total is required via credit card. Due to the nature of services provided there is no refund of deposits, however, you may reschedule for a similar event for any season for equal value which expires after one year from scheduled date.


Delivery of services for reserved dates of Action Package purchased. Times will be decided during purchase.


Privacy: all transactions will be handled according to federal, state and local laws regarding use, storage, and destruction of all private information. Security is of utmost importance, therefore we will store minimal information as required by our merchant services for limited period. No credit card information shall be kept past seven days from rental return date.Personal contact information will not be sold, traded, or given away but may be used to send offers or newsletters from us we feel may be of interest to our guests. You may opt out at any time.


Products and services are defined by guest and mutually agreed upon by Action Rentals. All products and services will be delineated in rental agreements at time service, with a verbal confirmation of said services being provided at time of reservation. After reservation, written confirmation will be sent either electronically or via postal mail, at guests discretion.
